The HOA Board of Directors meets monthly to discuss community concerns, finances, and other HOA initiatives
Meetings are planned for the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM
Homeowner time is available at the beginning of each meeting - homeowners are encouraged to attend should they wish to bring issues or concerns directly to the HOA Board
Meetings are virtual and hosted through Zoom. Homeowners who wish to participate may request access from our Property Manager, Monica Ruiz, at mruiz@sequoiamgmt.com or 703-803-9641

Held in November of each year. These are in-person meetings, usually held at Round Elementary School.
Please attend to learn about our current and next year HOA budget and initiatives; add your voice to our community!
Elections to the Board of Directors and Committee Appointments will also be formally managed
IMPORTANT - Please complete and return your proxy form if you are unable to attend the meeting. This will be mailed to you prior to the meeting.
